Xu Jiayin (born in 1958) is a Chinese entrepreneur and the founder of the Evergrande Group.

He graduated from the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University in 1984.

Following his graduation, Xu Jiayin worked as a research associate in the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

In 1998, Xu Jiayin founded Evergrande Group, a leading real estate development company.

He has since become one of the most successful entrepreneurs in China.

In 2015, Xu Jiayin was listed as one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine.

He is known for his philanthropic efforts, having donated millions of dollars to charities throughout China.
