The Battle of Khanwa was fought between the Mughal forces of Babur and the Rajput forces of Rana Sanga in 1527 AD in the village of Khanwa in Rajasthan.
Babur was the founder of the Mughal Empire in India and had declared war on Rana Sanga of Mewar.
Rana Sanga had gathered a large army of Rajputs and Afghans to fight Babur.
Despite being outnumbered, Babur and his army emerged victorious in the battle.
The battle lasted for two days and resulted in the death of Rana Sanga and many of his men.
The victory of Babur at Khanwa helped him to consolidate his rule over northern India and to expand his empire further.
The battle also resulted in the annexation of Mewar by the Mughals and the end of the Mewar dynasty.
