Nusli Wadia (born in 1944) is an Indian entrepreneur and the Chairman of the Wadia Group.

He was born in a Parsi family in Mumbai and is the son of the industrialist Neville Wadia.

Nusli completed his schooling from the elite Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai.

He later graduated from St. Xavier's College and went on to pursue a degree in Business from the London School of Economics.

He is the Chairman of Bombay Dyeing, Britannia Industries, National Stock Exchange of India and GoAir.

He also serves on the boards of Tata Motors, Tata Steel and Voltas.

Nusli has received numerous awards and accolades, including the Padma Bhushan in 2012.
