Parque Nacional Lagunas de Sánchez is located in Tamaulipas, Mexico and was founded in 2006.
The park is home to a variety of wildlife including more than 100 species of birds and several endangered species.
It is a great place for bird watching, as well as fishing, camping and hiking.
The park has a number of trails to explore, including a 7 km (4.3 miles) trail that winds through the park and along the edge of the lake.
There is also a small museum and a number of observation towers to enjoy the views.
The park is open all year round, but the best time to visit is from October to February when the weather is cooler and the wildlife is more active.
The park is also known for its ancient petroglyphs, which date back several thousand years.
