First step is to determine your target customer, Who do you think will buy your offering? How will it meet their needs?
Second step is to identify underserved customer needs

Third step is to Define your value proposition.
How will your product meet your customer's needs better than any of the alternatives currently available?
Fourth step is to identify your Minimum Viable Product feature set
Fifth step is to create and test your MVP prototype
Sixth step is to measure if customers are buying your product and telling more about how useful your product is
